iHomefinder IDX now displays recently sold and pending listings on the websites of MetroList Services MLS clients in Northern California.

This new feature enables consumers to evaluate recent sales activity and make better informed decisions about the market value of their own home or homes they are considering purchasing. Because MetroList Services data is used, the recently sold information is guaranteed to be highly accurate and far more timely than data from public records.

Sold property listings are displayed within a new Recently Sold tab on the IDX search results page. When clicked, this tab displays sold listings from the previous six months that meet the entered search criteria. Clicking on a sold listing opens the property details page for that listing.

iHomefinder plans to launch recently sold listings in additional markets across the US as the MLSs in these areas make that data available.
