Alon Chaver, Co-CEO
Alon oversees the external operations of the company, managing relationships with strategic partners. He also coordinates the company's business development opportunities, legal functions, and strategic investment activities. Prior to iHomefinder, Alon served as an electronic networks officer in the Israeli Defense Forces, managed landscape and general construction businesses, and operated real estate investment partnerships. In addition, as an attorney he has provided intellectual property and financial advisory services to a variety of early-stage Internet technology companies. Alon obtained his J.D. and B.S. Magna Cum Laude from U.C. Berkeley, and is an active member of the California State Bar.

Brett G. DeSchepper, Co-CEO
Brett provides the long-term vision for the company and guides new product development. Prior to iHomefinder, Brett worked as a CTO at Distributed Learning Workshop, a systems engineer at Advanced Computer Communications, and a user interface designer at Whistle Communications. He also taught cognitive science at U.C. Berkeley. Brett obtained a Ph.D. in Cognitive Science from U.C. Berkeley, and a B.S. in Computers and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Glenn Flinchbaugh, General Manager
Glenn manages the internal operations of the company. Before joining iHomefinder, he was VP of Products at Devicescape Software, a provider of software for wireless devices. Glenn was also Director of Product Management at Wind River Systems, and a Member of Technical Staff at Bell Communications Research (now known as Telcordia Technologies). He holds an MBA from UCLA, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.
